(FDA) is a consulting civil engineering firm providing transportation design and operations, planning, and environmental services primarily to public sector clients throughout Florida. FDA was founded in Tampa in 1985 by Nancy Faller Brown, PE, performing traffic design, traffic studies, drainage design, drainage studies, and civil site design.
