The system offers seamless configuration for an almost unlimited number of products, deviation margins, and weighing methods, either in grams or percentages. Users can customize motor speeds, operational rates, weighing modes (static or dynamic), and all actuation times, making the system highly adaptable to specific requirements.
Weighing results, counts, and graphical representations such as histograms are displayed on the screen in real-time and can be saved for future analysis. Each lot's weighing data is stored in a local database. Activity reports consolidate and summarize results by batch, date, or product, with remote database access available for integration with ERP systems tailored to the company’s needs.
The system transmits weighing results in real-time via a serial port, providing data for upstream cutting machines to make precise adjustments. The interface supports easy language changes, with English and Romanian pre-installed and the capability to add other languages as needed.
Real-time notifications for weighing errors and motor alarms are displayed for immediate action. Both the weighing cell and motor settings are adjustable through the manufacturer’s software. The system's intuitive touch screen interface ensures straightforward and efficient operation.
